Sleep plays an important role in our lives, and in baby’s development. Good sleep promotes healthy growth, reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, and makes learning easier. So, how much sleep should baby be getting? At 0-3 months, baby spends about 70% of their time sleeping. It’s recommended they get around 12-17 hours of sleep every day. At 4-11 months, it’s recommended they get 12-16 hours a day.
