Turkey: Lavrov meets President of Venezuela and UN Special Envoy Pedersen in Antalya

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met with Vice President of Venezuela Delcy Rodriguez in Antalya, Turkey amid the crisis in Ukraine.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the two sides ‘reaffirmed concurring approaches of Russia and Venezuela to most pressing international issues’, among other things.

SOT Sergei Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister: “It’s very good that we can use this opportunity to meet at Antalya Diplomacy Forum and to discuss our bilateral relations and our common stands for justice and fairness in international relations.”
