The holidays can be a very hectic time of the year which can lead to feeling scattered and ungrounded (and I don’t know about you – but I tend to snack more when feeling ungrounded!).
So here are some of my favorite morning practices to start the day feeling clear and grounded!
1. Write down ONE thing I am grateful for and 5 reasons why. This helps me really drop into the emotion of gratitude.
2. Empty my brain by writing out every single thing I believe needs to get done. Get it out if your brain and onto paper – simple but so helpful!
3. Ask yourself, what’s now and what’s next?! Its an easy way to get clear on your priorities so you know what truly needs your attention for the day.
